Shipping Policies

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies.  Orders will generally be shipped out within 2 business days.  Custom orders may take 3-5 days to complete.

Pick up orders will be worked out via email once order is placed and paid for.

Custom Tumblers can not be returned or refunded once buyer receives.
